If there is one thing I am certain of, it is that mental wellbeing does not grow from the top down, nor from a single workshop.
It grows by truly listening to the people who do the work and by recognising their experience as valuable expertise.

The lived experiences of employees deserve as much respect as the perceptions of leadership, especially when the two do not fully align.
That is why I do not work from the outside in, but from within, respecting the everyday reality of the people who do the work and focusing on what genuinely helps them thrive.
My goal is for what we build together to continue living within the organisation long after my work is done.
